James P Hogan (JP)

Retired Colonel US Army, Entrepreneur and Veterans Advocate.

JP Hogan was commissioned as a 2LT in the US Army in 1970. During the subsequent 29+ years of active federal service he led armor and cavalry units that included command and staff positions in Europe, Asia, the Pacific, Central and South America, the Middle East and Africa. Following his military service, JP spent more than ten years working with senior leadership in automotive companies in the manufacturing and after-market verticals and with the Department of Defense as a consultant and strategic planner.

Now an entrepreneur, JP is a co-founder of 3 companies in Texas and Michigan that focus on leader development. He also serves the Military Veteran Community in North Texas as the North Texas Regional Director of the Employer Support to Guard and Reserve Program and as the Executive VP of the IV Region (TX, OK, LA, AR) for the Association of the United States Army (AUSA). JP is a member of the Frisco Community Development Corporation.

JP and his wife Arnita have been Frisco residents since 2001.
