The Basics: Memory Loss, Dementia and Alzheimer's Disease

Melissa Griffin is the Education Outreach Coordinator at the Alzheimer’s Association North Central Texas Chapter. She has 10 years of experience working directly with people with dementia and their families.  In her current role she supports people and families dealing with Alzheimer's disease and related dementia through the Association's Helpline and community education programs. She is pursuing her Master’s in Social Work with a focus on aging.
