Colonel John Antal, US Army (Ret.) served 30 years in the US Army as a combat arms officer, senior staff officer and commander. He is Airborne and Ranger qualified, earned
the Expert Infantryman Badge, and served as an Armor and Cavalry officer on deployments around the world. He has commanded combat units from platoon level through regiment and served on corps and multinational staffs. He served at the Pentagon in Washington, D.C., as Special Assistant to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. In his post-Army career he
has become a successful author, magazine correspondent and editor, video game producer, military consultant, film personality, public speaker, radio talk show host (660 AM Radio), explainer-integrator, journalist and leadership coach. John has been featured in a dozen History Channel and Military Channel television shows as an expert on leadership and history topics. He has been awarded the prestigious Draper Leadership Award, Silver Order of Saint George Medal, and numerous military medals including three separate awards of the Legion of Merit.

Education: John earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in General Engineering form the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Masters Degree in Military Science and Leadership at the Command and General Staff College, Fort Leavenworth, KS. He is also a graduate of the Army War College.
