Global Grant Scholars/Paul Harris Recognitions

Conrad Heede has served as the Global Grants Scholarships Chair for Rotary District 5790 for a number of years.  He has set up 5 scholarship funds at Tarrant County College and has identified GG Scholars for the Grapevine Rotary Club for 5 out of the last 6 years.

Conrad will be presenting two Global Grant Scholars, Gabriele Canavan, sponsored by the Grapevine Rotary Club for a $52,000 scholarship to study for her Masters in Peace & Conflict Resolution at the London School of Economics and Politics and Brie Walker, sponsored by the Colleyville Rotary Club for a $45,000 scholarship to study for her Masters in Peace & Conflict Resolution at Kings College, also in London. They will talk about their experiences to date, what they expect to learn/do at their respective colleges in London and where they think they will be in 3-5 years and beyond.
