To Toll or Not to Toll, TEXpress is the Solution
The Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex has 4 of the top 10 fastest growing counties in America. D/FW is consistently ranked one of the most congested regions in America.

Funding innovations by North Texas leaders have proven to: Reduce the burden on Texas Taxpayers, build needed roads today rather than 20 years from now and relieve congestion for Metroplex commuters. How… by providing Texas drivers with a choice between new free tax lanes -or- new tolled managed TEXpress lanes.

Mike Taylor will give a fast paced, fact filled presentation on the TEXpress Tolled Managed Lane concept from a taxpayer and commuter’s perspective and why it may be the most tax efficient solution for the nations aging infrastructure. Understand the details and be an informed taxpayer/commuter.

Mike is a lifelong resident of Northeast Tarrant County and a Colleyville resident since 1984. He has been a commonsense civic and community service volunteer for over three decades.
Mike has a working knowledge of “Economic Development” and its impact on Northeast Tarrant County and our local businesses having served as the first Executive Director of the Hurst-Euless-Bedford Economic Development Foundation. From 1999-2018, Mike served 14 years on the Colleyville City Council, three as Mayor Pro Tem. During that time, Mike served from 2014-2018 on the Regional Transportation Council of the North Central Texas Council of Governments representing Bedford, Colleyville, Euless, Hurst, Grapevine, Keller, Roanoke, Southlake, Trophy Club and Westlake in mobility issues. Mike believes that mobility and economic development are interdependent if Northeast Tarrant County and the Metroplex are to prosper for generations to come.
