My Impressions of Korea

Bill Walsh has been a member of the Grapevine Rotary Club since February 2006.  He has served as Club Secretary for two years and as Community Service Director for four years.  Since 2006 he has been actively involved in the Club’s Computers for Kids Program through which over 300 computers have been installed in the homes of students attending Grapevine schools.  In recent years he has assumed responsibility for overseeing the operation of the Rotary beverage booth during Main Street Fest and GrapeFest.

Bill’s professional career consisted of various human resources assignments for five corporations at locations in eight states.  Most positions involved a broad spectrum of human resources responsibilities with a heavy emphasis on labor relations including labor contract negotiations and grievance administration.

Bill was born in Cleveland, Ohio and moved with his family from Ohio to Maryland when he was 12 years old.  He attended high school in Washington, D.C. and graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Business Administration.  He and his wife, Urszula, have three daughters and six grandchildren.  He likes to travel, to read and, of course, all his friends in the Grapevine Rotary Club.
