Most of our Rotary experience is based at the Club level. But why stop there? There are over 34,000 Rotary Clubs all over the world, ready to welcome you with open arms and be your guide in their city. There are Rotary Clubs in more countries than there are countries in the United Nations.
The Rotary International Convention is the first step, but certainly not the final step. When you arrive in a city hosting the Convention, you discover that the surge of 40,000 Rotarians transforms the city into a mini Rotary capital.
How about our annual Humanitarian Trip? Here's the opportunity for the ultimate "boots on the ground" experience in a Third World country, with 130 or more fellow Rotarians from District 5280 and local Rotarians. See with your own eyes how our projects change the lives of thousands of people. Come and experience what it means to have clean water, new schoolyard equipment, planting trees, electricity in your shack for the first time, funding for an orphanage or playing wheel-chair basketball. It's moving, it's emotional and it will leave an impression, for sure.
