Boat Safety

Harry Jacobs (Rotary Club of San Pedro) is an Auxiliary Public Affairs Specialist in the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary.   He has been a member of the Coast Guard Auxiliary since July 1980.  Jacobs has been the guest Speaker at over 400 service clubs in southern California since 2004.
