Join us weekly to help our Richstone Students get help with their homework... you don't even have to know how to do the "new math"!  This is a signature Manhattan Beach Rotary event, and if you have never done it, please make some time this school year to help these students.  There is nothing more fulfilling than watching a light bulb turn on and a kid get excited about learning something new!  See you at Richstone.

Now its time for you to be a star in the bright eyes of some grade school children!  Rotary Reads begins February 2, 2026 at Meadows Elementary School.  It continues through the other 4 elementary schools into March.  If can read to the students at Meadows, please sign up ASAP.  All other schools, you can begin to sign up now also.  You can read to one or more classes at one or more schools.  The librarians will provide you with a book or two to read.

Food - Music - Friends

You are invited by the The Rotary Clubs of Westwood Village, of Mental Health and Wellness, and of Inglewood.

for an evening of music, food and fellowship.

The evening starts and ends at the beautiful home of Westwood's co-president, Ben Fisher. Ben and Susan live about 1/2 mile west of Sepulveda Blvd and one block north of Venice. 

Bring a dessert or wine or beer. The evening dinner will include tacos and more from a famous Los Angeles Taco truck, and your fellow Rotarians. Dinner charge is $45.00. RSVP is a must so we don't overwhelm Ben and Susan.

Hello, Rotary Volunteers! Our favorite annual event is coming on Saturday, February 21st at Kinecta Credit Union - Rise Against Hunger! This is the opportunity to bring your entire family, friends, and a great opportunity to introduce people to the magic of Rotary!

Let your artistic creativity shine at the ceramics workshop, and then relax with Rotary friends over a happy hour.

What: Tour the Live Oak Park Ceramic Studio and learn from professional artisits how to make your own pottery. Then head over to Shade Hotel for a happy hour.

Where: Live Oak Park Ceramic Studio, 1601 N Valley Dr., Manhattan Beach, CA 90266, the Shade Hotel MB. 

When: Sunday February 22, 2026 at 1:45 PM meeting at the Studio until 5:00 PM, then Shade Hotel.

Who: This event is open to all Rotary members and their significant other.    

Fee: The workshop fee is $120 per person and covers all studio materials payable to the studio on the day of the event. The happy hour at Shade Hotel will be courtesy of the MB Rotary Club social budget.
