District Governor Elect Joe Vasquez will share his story of growing up in rural Montana, making his way to Southern California and how Rotary has become a way of life. 

As Executive Aide, for two time Past District Governor Doug Baker, he will divulge how he served unscathed and able to fulfill yet another role withing in Rotary.
