What:                   HURRICANE HARVEY CLOTHING & TOILETRY DRIVE 

                             Benefiting the Houston School District – September 10, 2017 3PM – 7PM

When:                   Sunday, September 10, 2017 from 3PM – 7PM

Where:                 SouthBay Pavilion Bank of America parking lot located at 870 E. Del Amo Blvd., Carosn CA 90746.

Who:                     In partnership with Carson Gardena Dominguez Rotary Club, Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD), Gardena High School (GHS), GHS Interact Club and SouthBay Pavilion.

Why:                     Students in the Hurricane Harvey affected area are in need of clothing and toiletries. The school district in Houston specifically requests toiletry, gently used and new clothes fit for kindergarten to high school students.

Details:                 The organizations involved requests donors to separate clothing items by size and gender (i.e. girl 6T, women size 8 or medium, men size large… etc.). If donating gently used clothing, all items must be pre-washed. Volunteers will be onsite to help sort and pack all eligible donations.

LAUSD will ship all donations collected to Houston by Tuesday, September 12, 2017.
