President Malinda is looking for some noble competitors to enter the District's cardboard boat race and not just defend - but redeem - the reputation of being winners that has for a century been enjoyed by LA5.
For anyone willing to enter the competition: President Malinda will not only host your entry fee, but will offer up the hefty prize of a trophy, bragging rights, and a seat at the head table for the rest of the year...
Does that make up for the cost of materials to build the boat and your possible ego burst when you realize that cardboard boats don't float? Only one way to find out ...
