It is tough to find the adequate words, given everything they mean to our country and its citizens. How do you properly convey the immeasurable meaning of someone sacrificing time with their families, their personal safety, and so much more - so that the concept of freedom remains an irrevocable right?
The answer, I think, is that you can't - at least not sufficiently. But here's a list of those in - or close to- our club who have served so that at the very least they know we are thinking about them, and that we are reflective in an emotion that is beyond gratitude.
So to those in our club, to those who are family (biological or chosen) to our club, and all who have served, passed and living - thank you.
Thank you for your sacrifice, your bravery, and the example you set for us all.
Thank you for your service.
