Mystery Rotarian

I came across some “Old” Eastwinds and saw this cute "Mystery Rotarian" feature we used to do. Thought I would dust some off and bring them back!
 
First one to answer to me, by email (paulmcguire@gci.net), the correct name of this mystery Rotarian will receive some fabulous prize, yet to be determined!
