Douglas Plume, the grandson of AER member Ventis Plume and a former Rotary’s Youth exchange student sponsored by this club in a program to Switzerland (2009-10) and a West High graduate (2012) was awarded Bachelor of Arts Degree at Yale University in June. Douglas majored in English and American history at Yale, where he also served as assistant editor on the Yale Daily, the oldest collegiate newspaper in the country.  He also was awarded the John Hubbard Curtis Prize for Excellence in English language. Currently, he works as news analyst for the Bulletin Intelligence based in Washington, DC serving corporate, government and non-profit executives on global scale. for executives and professionals
