KirkMr. Kirk Noaker spoke to the Marble Falls Daybreak Rotary on Tuesday June 17, 2014. The fellow Rotarian is an investigator for the Regional Public Defender’s Office.

This office represents those who have been charged with Capital Murder throughout the State of Texas and who are not otherwise able to employ counsel due to financial hardship. The role of the RPDO is to protect the rights of those who may have been wrongfully accused and to advocate for life sentences, rather than the death penalty in cases where it is appropriate. Mr. Noaker’s impressive resume includes 22 years of experience with various agencies, including: the Baltimore Police Department, Washington County Sheriff’s Office, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Drug Enforcement Administration, Federal Air Marshall Service, and the U.S. Army Military Police Corp. His training and experience with those agencies gives him an interesting perspective as an investigator for those citizens his office represents.
