Jail project almost finished

Day 5 saw the planting of about 80 specimens from four different plant types.
In a mere 5 workdays the students of MFISD Falls Career High School totally refurbished the landscaping at the old City jail on 2nd street. The photo album shows the progress from weeds and rotted railroad ties to fresh cedar timbers framing totally new plantings. All that remains at this time is a bit more movement of dirt, installing a few more plants, and finishing the drip irrigation system.
