Daybreak's brand on the march

Rotarians are no longer just a collection of old white guys talking business. #DaybreakRotaryMF is all about service and "doing stuff" and proper public relations will let the world know what we do.

#AmberScarborough and #PatrickHarrison -- part of the PR team from #1DistrictStrong Rotary District of Central Texas 5870 -- fired up #DaybreakRotaryMF to work even harder to firmly establish its "brand." As you might guess, using hashtags is part of it. We learned that the proper Rotary wheel color has now been promulgated, that the District 5870 name has been expanded to "Rotary District of Central Texas 5870" and that extensive use of social media really is here to stay. We knew that. But the urging of greater use of it was a needed nudge from these very expert Rotarians who gave generously of their time today, including the early drive out from Austin for the 7:00AM meeting.
