A recent online article on the Bill Gates blog caught my attention about RI's participation in eradicating the world of the polio virus. His blog mentioned only the Global Polio Eradication Initiative and not Rotary's PolioPlus and that led me to look up the GPEI. While at first I thought Gates and the GPEI were hijacking the role of Rotary, I was pleasantly surprised.
