1997-98 - Olga Stokes, President

Community Service grants of $15,000 were distributed to local charitable groups. The club sponsored two students to the Rotary Youth Leadership Award camp, and sent two more students to the World Affairs Seminar at the University of Wisconsin. Rotarian Diane Teska served as District 6440 Environmental Chair. Six hundred dollars was provided the New Trier High School Youth Exchange to Japan. The club also sponsored a food booth at the Wilmette Community Fair to earn charitable monies. Rotarian-of-the-Year: Donna Owens.
