It's not too late to invite people to join us at the annual Wine & Dine Gala. It's easy to send an email. Here is some suggested text:

As you probably know, I am an active member of the Rotary Club of Wilmette. Our Club will be having an annual gala fundraiser on November 6, 2015 at the Hilton DoubleTree Hotel in Skokie, from 6:30pm-9:30pm, with an "after party" for dancing until 11:30pm. This will be an evening to have fun and I think you would enjoy the event. Prepaid tickets are $75 prepaid ($80 at the door). See attached invitation.
Among the many activities will be gourmet food paired with wines from around the world, live music, a silent and live auction, a 50/50 raffle, a professional dance performance and lesson, and a DJ for dancing after 9:30pm. You will also have the opportunity to purchase the wines in time for your holiday entertaining and gift-giving.
