A Rotaract service club began at Harper College this year! In collaboration with the Rotary Club of Schaumburg / Hoffman Estates & Barrington Breakfast Rotary, Schaumburg AM Rotary Club sponsored a Rotaract Club at Harper College in Palatine. This student-led club held its inaugural meeting on Harper’s campus this September with 15 of its 20+ inaugural members in attendance. Club members had the opportunity to get to know one another a bit at the meeting & many great ideas were shared! The club’s focus is on performing community service & they facilitated their first service project on Friday, September 22 by helping to clean up and beautify a park in the Arlington Heights community.

Rotaract is a Rotary International sponsored organization of over 9,522 clubs and 291,006 members worldwide.
