Miss Septemberfest

Today we welcomed the Miss Septemberfest finalists and their families, along with dignitaries from the village and park district. Finalists included:

Alyssa McDonald -- Conant HS member of Student Council and assistant teacher at St. Matthews, she also works at Kenneth Young Center.

Carly Bryeans -- Conant HS Varsity Golf Captain and member of St. Hubert’s youth ministry. Carly is also an event organizer for chariTEE.

Victoria Cifrino -- Schaumburg HS Student Council Vice President and member of the Schaumburg Youth Orchestra. She is also an American Cancer Society volunteer.

Isha Jog -- Loyola University. Spokesmodel for Schaumburg’s Feed My Starving Children, she founded the nonprofit Holiday Heroes and is an Indian classical and Bollywood dancer.

Carolyn Byrne -- Schaumburg HS National Honors Society President and member of SHO (students helping others), she tutors at Schaumburg Library.

The special meeting culminated with the crowning of Carly Bryeans as Miss Septemberfest 2014.
