The Rotary Club of Schaumburg-Hoffman Estates held it's first hybrid (in person and virtual) meeting on Friday, July 31, 2020 at Chandler's and will continue with this model for the foreseeable future. The formal meetings begin at 12:30 pm, both in person and virtually. Information on how to access the virtual meeting will be sent to anyone contacting the club at the above email address. Lunch is served outdoors at 11:45 am, prior to moving indoors for the meeting.
All safety precautions will be in place including masks, social distancing and temperature screening prior to entering. This three option approach (virtual, in person meeting only or meeting with meal) is designed to accommodate the full range of comfort levels with gathering in public during this time.
State Representative Michelle Mussman (56th District) provided a very informative and interesting program at this meeting. She responded to questions from both the in person audience and those attending virtually. We are looking forward to continuing our fellowship in the weeks to come.
