Scholarship Instruction:

The Schaumburg/Hoffman Estate Rotary Noon Club will be awarding up to $6000 in scholarships for post-secondary Applied Technology training programs. These scholarships are for students, with economic need, to pursue training beyond high school in an Applied Technology area. Scholarships will be paid directly to the school of choice in the student's name for tuition, fees and expenses.

Families that are able to become self-supporting most often see their children break the cycle of economic dependence in adulthood. The potential impact at both a personal family and to the broader community level is attractive to the members of the Rotary Club of Schaumburg/Hoffman Estates. To support this initiative, this scholarship competition was developed to help students develop skills to better support themselves and contribute more fully to the local community.

To apply you must:

1)  Be a resident of Schaumburg Township
2)  Be a High School or GED graduate
3)  Attend, or plan to attend, a two year or four year school providing Applied Technology training.
4)  Complete the scholarship application (typed or computer generated is preferred), and return it to:

5)  Return completed applications by Mar. 6th.
