Join Northern Illinois Rotary Districts 6420, 6440 & 6450 as we convene, connect and encourage our next generation of leaders. The morning begins with a continental breakfast and features exceptional keynote speakers and leaders representing service, enterprise and government. Doors open at 8 am with the event scheduled to start at 9 am.
It concludes with presenting three $1,000 Leadership Awards to attending Proteges who have been nominated in advance by their Mentors and who exemplify the purpose of our event and program.

- Cultivate leadership ability and talents of those who are best suited to effect and lead meaningful future change at all levels within their communities, businesses and organizations.
Our Target Audience:
- Mentors: teachers, coaches, principals, business executives, government officials, business and non-profit community leaders
- Protégés: high school seniors, college & community college students and young adult professionals.
How Can You Help?
Identify appropriate mentor/protégé relationships in your community and encourage the mentor to nominate their protégé in advance for the Leadership Award by completing and submitting the award application found on our website no later than 12:00 am midnight, Saturday, April 7, 2018.
