Volunteers needed for our Sept. 27th Rubber Ducky Race!
Please CLICK BELOW or let Beverly or Denis know if you can help out with our Ducky Race! We need on-site duck salespeople for a variety of times and locations, and we need workers for the day of the race.
Our Noon lunch meeting will be preceded by a Board meeting, beginning at 11:00 a.m. The lunch speaker will be Mina Zikri of the Northbrook Symphony.
We hope you can join us! Think about introducing yourself to someone you don't know well (yet!), and especially if they're a guest or a new member.
New Member Orientation & Tour
Rotary can feel pretty overwhelming when you're just getting to know the club. There's talk of international programs, different fundraising and giving mechanisms, several committees, and many names and faces to keep track of.
On September 11, Noon to 3:00 p.m., there's an opportunity to participate in a new or “newer” member orientation at Rotary International Headquarters in nearby Evanston. In addition, you can sign up for one of three tour slots surrounding the program: 10:00, 11:00, or 4:00 (following the program).
There is a sign-up link below - OR, you can just speak to Jodi or Helen if you're interested. Don't wait too long, as RSVPs are required.
