Meeting News

Sandyvision...

Sandy shared her plan to bring a new varied approach to our club meetings:

Week 1: Regular meeting with speaker.

Week 2: Holding the board meeting at lunch for all to "attend". Roberts Rules apply - this will be a formal board meeting -but members will be able to hear how the planning goes. (The concept is to help working board members spend less time away from work for their volunteer commitment to our club for a middle of the day meeting. Currently, they are away 3 + hours on days of board meetings with lunch meetings.)

Week 3: Regular meeting with speaker.

Week 4: Evening social (can bring spouses, significant others, children, etc.)

Week 5: Service Project (4 per year) Club Service, Community Service, and Program Chairs are already on board with their planning.
