A beautiful day, a wonderful turnout and a great story to tell
If you missed it, you ought to be kicking yourself! We have perfect weather for our short, 1.5-mile walk through the park, along the lake and past beautiful historic homes in Evanston.
The crowd, made up of representatives from several area clubs, filled a large area in downtown Evanston. We heard from speakers and enjoyed snacks and activities themed purple in reference to the marking children receive to show they've taken the vaccine.
