On Nov. 17th I participated in the Indoor Ride to End Polio at the Good Shepherd Health and Fitness Club representing the Rotary Club of Northbrook.
There were 30 Rotarian riders who raised $5,000 in pledges! With the Gates Foundation match of 2:1 totaling $15,000. This funding will provide vaccinations for 25,000 children in Pakistan and Afghanistan saving them from Polio.
