Inclusion Baseball Clinic for Children with Disabilities

 

On July 25th The Rotary Club of North Chicago was honored to join the Foss Park District and co-sponsor a regional Inclusion Baseball Clinic with the Major League Baseball Players Alumni Association and CTX Ability Sports.  Veteran Players included former Cubs team mates and members of the original Negro Leagues.  Rotary cooked and provided dogs and burgers for participants and players.

 

 

We where honored to have support from Waukegan Rotarian Danny Rodriguez and North Chicago Exchange Club Past President Paula Carballido, as well as Mayor's Chief of Staff Deb Waszak and Alderman Bonny Mayfield. Thank you!!
