Bio.

Karen Jones is a motivational speaker, coach and entrepreneur as the CEO and Founder of IGNITE Her P.A.T.H., LLC. She is dedicated to women who desire to find and share their PURPOSE, ASPIRE to greatness, seek TRANSFORMATIVE change in the world and inspire HOPE in others.

Karen Jones also continues to lead Young Leaders in their path, as the Executive Director and CEO of the Chocolate Chips Association (CCA), a Science, Technology, Engineering, Entrepreneurship, Art and Math (S.T. E².A.M.) Nonprofit program in Illinois.  The vision and mission of this non-profit organization is to instill a passion for S.T. E².A.M., with a goal of increasing the number of females interested in S.T. E².A.M. related careers.  Over the past 16 years CCA has mentored and inspired over 1,000 Young Leaders, many of which have or are currently pursuing college degrees and careers in the S.T. E².A.M. fields. 

Karen is a leader and influencer and utilizes the skills learned during her 33 years as Biochemist / Quality Program Manager of a Global Healthcare Company to empower all women to excel.
