Rotary Virtual Reading & Literacy @ NCPL

North Chicago Rotary Club members volunteer to read children's books from the comfort of thier homes or at the North Chicago Pubic Library. Each reading is recorded and uploaded to the North Chicago Facebook page. the Rotary Reading Free App is also introduced.
