Club Business: Janice Kellman called the meeting to order.
Barbara Tolbert provided a high level update on her recent work with her assigned CASA family.
Janice Kellman requested Serge Minin to provide a 5K Race update. Serge Minin noted he had limited information to update on the race. He asked all members to start their respective work on going out to various clubs and businesses for solicitation. Stan Roelker noted he visited Shire Law last week. Dale McClain asked if we could assign out all the sponsors from the list reviewed last week.

Janice Kellman noted the club does not have speakers scheduled for the next two weeks and queried whether or not the club should cancel those two meetings.
Stan Roelker noted he plans to visit the Antioch and Vernon Hills Clubs. Serge noted he would share out the list so that all club members have access and can sign up via a google.doc.

Serge noted sponsorship solicitation is the most appropriate place to direct our efforts at this time.
Dale McClain noted one piece of promotional information noted the race started at 7:55 a.m. and another piece of communication noted 8:00 a.m.

Dale McClain noted he is doing a lot to work with local businesses that he regularly supports to solicit sponsor donations. He noted he plans to go back to visit the sites again today, including: Pancake Cafe, Rosatis, and the New Balance store in Highland Park.
Janice suggested there be no formal meeting next week, but in two weeks, the club hold a ZOOM meeting at 8:00 a.m. She noted the ZOON check in would be held on May 26, 2022 at 8:00 a.m. for all members to share their respective business solicitation.
