President Zengeler opened the meeting, Jon Robb followed up with the pledge and prayer. Songmaster Dennis led us in a wonderful rendition of “America the Beautiful”.

ANNOUNCEMENTS:
- World Polio Day was Oct. 24th. If each club member donates $75 to End Polio Now by the end of October, Lyle Staab will donate an additional $250 on behalf of the club.
- Zengeler cleaners is holding its annual Coats for Vets drive. Coats can be dropped off at Zengeler locations through October.
- Tom Miller announced that the club is in the planning stages for sponsoring a young adults rotary club. There will be a zoom meeting on 10/27 at 7:30 pm for anyone who is interested in learning more.
- Elliot informed the group that he should have ornaments available sometime in the next couple of weeks.
FUN & FROLICS:

PROGRAM:
Pat Schwartz presented to us about Love Inc., a national Christian based organization with an objective to serve everyone, regardless of faith. Love Inc. helps those in need by taking a holistic approach, so that they can help individuals transform their lives.
When someone reaches out to Love Inc. for assistance the process begins with an in-depth listening session, so that Love Inc. can hear that persons story and learn how the organization can help. From there, Love Inc. does its best to ensure physical needs are met for the individual in need. This is followed up by a thorough process to help this individual develop relationships that can transform his/her life.
Love Inc. primarily partners with local churches to provide assistance to those in need, but they also work with local community agencies, government agencies and townships. In 2019 the Lake County branch of Love Inc. engaged with 53 churches and had approximately 700 volunteers. As a result of this, they were able to serve 456 families and deliver 311 beds.
During these unprecedented times Love Inc. has managed to keep its phone lines open to those in need.
Love Inc. has developed a community network with the church as the main pillar and through that network it not only helps those in need by providing clothes, furniture, life skill classes and many more additional necessities, but also helps people develop life transforming relationships.
