PROGRAM:
Today’s program was given by Liz Hutson, founder and principal consultant of EGH Consulting. She works primarily with Health companies. She has had a Black Belt in Tai Kwon Do for 12 years. Her presentation was titled "A White Belt who never quit”. Liz loved the movie “The Karate Kid” and was inspired to take up martial arts. She found that it was never too late to take up martial arts. She learned that it takes both mental and physical courage. She earned her Black Belt in 4 years. Age is just a number.
A Black Belt is a White Belt that never quits. It is okay to lose to an opponent but not okay to fear the opponent. She learned confidence and awareness of the present. She recommends Outlive, a book on longevity. She has a sense of curiosity and likes to say yes. She is on the path to being a motivational speaker.

QUOTE FOR THE DAY:
Dorothy’s lesson from the Wizard of Oz: “If I ever go looking for my heart’s desire again, I won’t look any further than my own back yard. Because if it wasn’t there, I would never really have lost it to begin with.
