Rotary Club of Huntley invites you to join the virtual benefit concert featuring violinist, Masha Lakisova, on October 24th at 7 pm. Proceeds benefit the “End Polio Now” Rotary International campaign to eliminate the polio virus world-wide. Today, polio remains endemic only in Afghanistan and Pakistan. But it’s crucial to continue working to keep other countries polio-free. If all eradication efforts stopped today, within 10 years, polio could paralyze as many as 200,000 children each year.
The concert will be streaming at HuntleyRotary.com and Facebook.com/HuntleyRotary on Eradicate Polio Day, October 24th at 7 pm. Donations can be made at any time on PayPal.
