Jennifer Evans, Marketing Manager for Key Lime Cove Resort shared with us the details of a unique new water park resort in Gurnee.
According to Jennifer when you step into Key Lime Cove you step into an oasis in paradise. The temperature is a constant 86 degrees year around. The atmosphere is fun and relaxation. The resort is open to the public for the dining, shopping, arcade, and Paradise Mist luxury spa. Only the water park is for resort guests only. In the afternoon you won't want to miss the face painting, decorate your own cupcake, tropical birds, and much more.
The resort was conceived and built by "Famous Dave" Anderson of Famous Dave's BBQ Restaurants. The resort has 414 suites and the Lost Paradise Island Waterpark covering 65,000 square feet. Plans are already posted for expansion, and other locations are tentatively planned for the future.
