Rotary Children's Christmas Party

Every December, our Rotary Club and YMCA Camp Duncan partner together to host a local Children's Christmas Party. The party is for the kids in the Fox Lake, Round Lake, and Ingleside area who are in need of our support.

The annual event even pressed on through 2020, even though we were unable to be together in person. The Rotary, YMCA Camp Duncan staff, and countless volunteers put together nearly 400 boxes of school supplies, winter apparel, candy, toys, and toiletries for schools to deliver to area youth. Every family also received nearly a full holiday dinner and a gift card to fill out the menu. 

In 2021, we were back together at Camp Duncan serving over 300 children. Each child was treated to holiday music, lunch, a holiday stocking, winter clothing, presents, and a visit with Santa Claus.

Because of the increasing financial commitment to host this huge annual event, we are always looking for individuals and businesses to make a time or monetary commitment to make sure this gathering is a success.
