Announcements:
Our second virtual meeting of the month was very well attended with over 20 people on the line. President Evelyn is still working through some technology adjustments, but with a new Virtual Meeting Coordinator (Jane Diane Ricciardi) and a Technology Committee (including Kelly Fidei and Tori Foreman) - all will continue to improve!
 
We will continue to have Virtual Meetings through the end of April.
 
The next RCE Board Meeting is Tuesday, April 7th, from 12-1pm (Zoom).
 
Orchids & Onions & Open Discussion
-Kelly: "Singout" in the neighborhood at 7pm
-Helen: Opening Day for Cubs, and sing along planned "Go Cubs Go"
-Karen: Mentioned poor nutrition and concern about District 65 weekly pick-ups, running out of food
Jane- mentioned that Hillside Pantry is accepting financial contributions

Our Club was very receptive to the concept of a virtual happy hour. Stay tuned!
 
Cybersecurity tips from Gene Servillo (Gene Servillo Consulting) & Bryant Wallace (WallScott Solutions)
-Use 3 full words, including special characters
-Password managers such as Dashlane and LastPass offer the advantage of encryption
-Phill asked about biometrics
-We had a good discussion around the use and value of using password managers

Due to the COVID-19 crisis, the Rotary Club of Evanston's Centennial Gala originally scheduled for May 2, 2020, has been postponed until August 22, 2020. We look forward to celebrating with you then!
