- The schedule for our Mainstage and Peace Circles is included above. This includes the time for your performance, peace talk or peace circle presentation.
Logistics Info:
- Mainstage Performance/speaking times are expected to be around 10 minutes. The last 5 minutes indicated in your slot is for changeover to the next group and to allow our EmCee, Mr. Paul Larson, to introduce you
- Peace/Conversation Circles are expected to last 30 minutes.
- The Event map is included below, just FYI
- We hope that you and your group (if applicable) can arrive at least 20 minutes in advance of your presentation/performance.
- When you arrive at the Festival, please check-in at the Welcome Table located at the entrance of the garden.
- Regarding Parking, we are still finalizing plans for an ancillary parking lot. There is a lot of street parking in the neighborhood to the immediate east of the garden.
- On the mainstage there will be a sound system with three microphones and a keyboard (88 keys, weighted) patched into the sound system. If you prefer, you may bring your own keyboard, but please know that you only have about 5 minutes to do your set-up and testing of it. There is no sound system in the intimate Peace Circles.
- The mainstage is a flag stone circular stone surface, about 20’ in diameter.
- Katie Beeks is the Mainstage Manager and Evelyn Lee is the Peace Circles Manager. On that day, if you are running late, or have any last minute questions please feel free to contact them. Nathan Lamp is my assistant that day and will be concentrating on operations.
- If you have questions before the day of the event, please continue sending those questions my direction. My direct cell number is 773-677-6125. Email, however, is the best way to reach me.
- In the event of a rain-out, our rain location will be the Evanston Township High School Field House. The rain call will be made no later than the day before.
