This week is our Business Meeting.

Last week we heard a classification talk from Mike Skibbe, the Deputy Village Manager/Director of Public Works of Buffalo Grove, who gave his very interesting classification speech about his career at the village, his family and his hobbies.  Mike brought in a model train N with 1:160 scale that he had created.  Thanks Mike!  We also did some final planning about BG Days.

 

Thanks to all of our club members for their amazing participation and support of our BG Days events - especially to Jason (Bingo), Bill (Duck Race) and Hetal (Parade). Thursday saw the dedication of the new amphitheater and our Bingo fundraiser, we volunteered at the information booth all during the events, we marched in the parade and had the duck race on Sunday.  Great fellowship and successful events!
