Congratulations to Beth Nudelman on winning the Rotary Club of Buffalo Grove's 2021 Bill Reid Award. She is pictured here with our Club President Brett Robinson. The award was created to recognize the many unsung heroes in our community who could and should be recognized and honored for their long-term commitment to Buffalo Grove. The late Bill Reid, long time Village Trustee known to many as “Mr. Buffalo Grove”, was a charter member of the Rotary Club of Buffalo Grove.

 

Beth was recognized for her many "behind the scenes" contributions, over many years, to school and community institutions, events, and organizations in Buffalo Grove and Lake County.

 

The award recognition included a ceremony with the presentation of recognition plaque, a $500 contribution to the charity of the award recipient’s choice in the recipient’s name, and a $500 contribution in recipient’s name to The Rotary Foundation. Beth chose the Congregation Beth Am Food Pantry as her charity of choice. The recipient’s name will also be inscribed on the permanent award recognition plaque located in the Buffalo Grove Village Hall.  Congratulations Beth!
