Last week Chris Stilling, the Village's Community Development Director, and Nicole Woods, Village Planner, presented information about the Lake Cook Corridor Market Study and Plan. The project’s goal is to explore how the Village can best reposition the Corridor to optimize its growth potential. With the support of the community, a vision for the area will be developed that enhances the Village's identity, vitality, and fiscal sustainability. All residents, business owners, property owners, community leaders, and other stakeholders are asked to give their input. You can sign up for updates on the study by going to the Village's website. Thank you for presenting to us, Chris and Nicole.
We also acknowledged the Groundhog birthday - Steve Balinski, shown here with Lenny, before we sang our traditional rendition of the happy birthday song to Steve and Bill Balling.
