This Week's Meeting

This week we will be getting ready for BG Days!! Please attend to see what still needs to be done and how you can help. We still have openings to volunteer for the info booth, the parade and Bingo. Our biggest need for info booth help is on Sunday. We still need another cashier and set up help for Bingo. Please go to our website, click on the calendar and go to the events that you can volunteer for. If you have any problem signing up to volunteer, please talk to Jason at the meeting, or email him at jdavisrotary@gmail.com

Last Weeks Meeting

Last week District Governor Marlene Frisbie visited our club and talked about her own Rotary experience and encouraged our club to adopt Rotary's Action Plan. The Action Plan is a strategic framework guiding Rotary's efforts to create lasting change through four priorities: Increase Impact, Expand Reach, Enhance Participant Engagement and Increase Ability to Adapt. Governor Frisbie also talked about a Rotary objective some have adopted of reducing the risk of cancer in both men and women through increased education about the Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine. She further stressed the importance of Rotary clubs doing environmental projects. Thank you for your inspiration District Governor!

Ak'Tenamit

The 2026 trip to Ak’Tenamit in Guatemala will be Saturday, January 26 – Tuesday, February 3, 2026.

Space is on a first-come, first-served basis and the trip is expected to fill up quickly!
