Our Meeting This Week
Our meeting this week will be both in-person at Continental Restaurant and by Zoom.  Please see Lisa's email for the link.  It will be a exciting Business Meeting this week.
Last Week
Our very own member, Battalion Chief Shawn, introduced 2 paramedics from the Buffalo Grove Fire Department to inform us of a phenomenal cause.  Firefighter/Paramedic Phil Schroeder and Firefighter/Paramedic Mike Manka spoke about the Project Fire Buddies.  This organization brings joy to kids struggling with serious illnesses in our community.  They make the child an honorary firefighter.  The firefighters visit the home, play games, and include the child in all sorts of activities to show them how special they are.

There will be a fun event on May 13th from 11:00a.m. To 3:00 p.m. at Rylko Park.  There will be food, music, and fun to raise money for Project Fire Buddies.
