Last Week's Meeting

Last week Dan Schimmel led a topical Fun N Frolics about snow statistics in our area and around the globe. We can blame him for our recent snowfall.

Our speaker was Chief Judge Daniel Shanes of the 19th Judicial Circuit, Criminal Division, in Lake County. He spoke on various topics concerning how the court operates and how various current events have impacted the court. Judge Shanes is a friend of our Rotary Club and we appreciate him taking the time to talk to us.

AK' Tenamit

We are excited to announce that our next trip to Guatemala will be Thursday, May 2 through Sunday, May 12, 2024. Our week of hard work at Ak’ Tenamit will be followed by a weekend of R&R in Tela, Honduras.
Space is on first-come first-served basis, with priority given to BG Rotary members and their families until January 15, 2024.
