Jason displayed a new Buffalo Grove Rotary Flag that will be flown in May at the Rotary Village Green Park. The flag was donated by Kolbi Pipe, thanks Rob. Pastor Laura Klein and Dan Wolf were presented with their plus 5 Paul Harris Foundation pins. Dan Wolf gave his member moment. He talked about his family along with his 18th trip to Guatemala along with 26 other people to help build a girls dormitory. We joyously sang Happy Birthday to Rob!! Great singing group. Brian discussed the Family Literacy Nights signup are ready. See below for online signup. Bruce had Tim Kobler, the Vernon Township Supervisor as his guest. Last Week Bruce Piepenbrink provided his classification talk. Bruce is the new Vernon Township Assessor. He also works at Hoyne Savings in Wheeling for the last 41 years. He comes to us from the Wheeling Rotary Club where he has been President and Treasurer. He currently is in 3 bowling leagues, was active in wrestling and soccer in the past. He has also operated a Handyman Business along with being a DJ service. Looks like he has plenty of time to join the Buffalo Grove Rotary Administration in the future!! Thanks Bruce.
