 note speaker is Richard Kyte\, who directs the ethics leadership programs 
 at Viterbo University and writes a weekly column carried by more than 70 n
 ewspapers nationwide. Registration: $99 through September 25. Late registr

  Grove has budgeted $500 for District Conference. We will reimburse the $9

 oup rate of $125 per night (book by September 18)\, but lodging is not rei
