This year, we will be sharing the proceeds with the Roselle Community Food Pantry,  a non-profit organization, whose mission is to end hunger in our local communities. Not only  do they serve residents in Bloomingdale, Roselle, and Itasca, but they also assist  neighboring food pantries with limited resources. Operating out of the basement of a local  church, the food pantry currently faces challenges due to restricted space. The restrictions  imposed by limited space, constrain the amount they can store to serve the underprivileged  families weekly. Working out of a basement without an elevator or loading dock, the  operation requires additional time and resources to function optimally. Obtaining an  alternate more functional space could potentially accommodate 50% more families per  week. With the shared proceeds they receive from this fundraiser, it will bring them closer to  their goal of affording a much-needed move.
